We have been told, this was the last model the folks at Franklin Mint created. They pulled out all the stops. The fine mesh screen they sculpted to craft the Hudson’s grill is definitely the Mint’s best work.
To top it off, they gave the Hudson a working convertible top. It would have been great if they had got around to making this car as a sedan before they ended production.
